Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to PRESSED: A Press-On Nail Experience, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ticket Policy

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or other conditions beyond the organizer’s control.
• Tickets are transferable; however, attendees must notify the event organizers in advance so the guest list can be updated accordingly.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

• In the event of cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling due to weather, venue issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified via email with updated event information.
• If the event is rescheduled, all purchased tickets will remain valid for the new event date.

Participant Responsibilities

• Attendees must be 18 years or older to participate.
• Participants are expected to follow all instructions, safety guidance, and event rules provided by the organizers and instructor throughout the experience.
• Attendees are responsible for exercising caution while using nail-related materials and tools during the event.

Health and Safety

• This experience may involve the use of nail glue, nail polish, UV/LED lamps, and other nail art materials.
  • If you have known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, respiratory sensitivities, or reactions related to nail products, adhesives, fragrances, or cosmetic materials, please participate at your own discretion.
  • Attendees acknowledge that all participation involving nail materials and optional application of press-on nails is voluntary.
  • While sanitation efforts will be made for shared materials and tools, attendees understand they are participating in a shared creative environment.
• If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from attending to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.

Food & Beverage Disclaimer

• Food, coffee, tea, pastries, and beverages may be available for purchase through Indigo Coffee & Tea at the attendee’s own discretion. Mamas Block and Beautifully Golden are not responsible for food or beverage preparation, allergens, purchases, consumption, or related incidents associated with venue offerings.

Limitation of Liability

• By attending this event, you acknowledge and accept that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Mamas Block, Beautifully Golden, Indigo Tea & Coffee Co., venue staff, contractors, instructors, partners, collaborators, and/or affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, damages, losses, accidents, illnesses, or other claims arising from participation in the event or use of nail-related materials and products.
• Attendees assume full responsibility for any personal injury, allergic reaction, property damage, or other risks that may occur during or after participation.
• By attending, you waive any claims against Mamas Block, Beautifully Golden, Indigo Tea & Coffee Co., and all associated partners and collaborators connected to this event.

Media Release

• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded for promotional, marketing, social media, and recap purposes associated with Mamas Block and Beautifully Golden.

Code of Conduct

• Respect and inclusivity are core values of Mamas Block. Any behavior that disrupts the experience or disrespects others will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
